On Wednesday, April 29, 2020, Governor Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order Number 20-112 (Phase 1: Safe. Smart. Step-by-Step. Plan for Florida’s Recovery) that takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on May 4, 2020.

Starting Monday, May 4th, 2020, our office will be open to the public on a limited capacity due to the size of our front lobby.

We still encourage you to contact us by making appointments, via phone, fax, email, or US Mail and to use the resources found on this website if you have any needs.

Senior Citizens, If you have questions regarding Seniors Exemptions or need to provide income information such as income tax returns or other proof of income, feel free to use any of the methods below to contact our office. Under the circumstances, the health and safety of all the citizens of Bradford County is our utmost concern.

As Bradford County Property Appraiser, my primary responsibility is to insure fair and impartial appraisals for all the property owners of Bradford County. It is important to me that our citizens be well informed about the work we do. With that in mind, we have developed this site to help you learn more about the Property Appraiser's office and its functions and to provide information that will be helpful to you as a citizen of Bradford County. Several pages on this site contain information that will be of interest to you as a taxpayer.


We have found that the data we collect and use in the appraisal process is very useful for those people looking for information about property in our county. This site has been designed to make searching Bradford County property assessment records a quick and easy process. Extensive and detailed information can be found very quickly using the "Record Search" option. This will allow you to search by the owner's name, location of the property, or by parcel identification number, if you happen to know it. You should be able to begin a search with whatever information you have. Having these records available on-line truly makes them "public records".
